These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the theworkreview.com website and the purchase of products offered on it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We offer a variety of consumer products across different categories. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. In selected countries, pricing may be shown in local currencies when available.

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Under European consumer law, you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without providing a reason.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition. Refunds are processed via bank transfer or another method agreed upon with the customer.
We may refuse a refund if the product is damaged, used, or not returned in its original packaging.
All products sold on theworkreview.com are covered by a two-year legal warranty of conformity, in compliance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC.

Folgen des WiderrufsWenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Efectele retrageriiÎn cazul în care vă retrageți din prezentul contract, vă vom rambursa toate plățile pe care le-am primit de la dvs., inclusiv costurile de livrare, fără întârzieri nejustificate și în orice caz nu mai târziu de 14 zile de la data la care suntem informați cu privire la decizia dvs. de retragere din prezentul contract.
